Our school requires a Temporary Teacher (to cover one year's leave of absence) from 1 September 2008.
Applications with C.V., copies of qualifications, details of experience, and references, to reach the Chairman of the Board of Management no later than 3 July 2008. Please enclose SAE. A list of suitable applicants may be set up from which future vacancies may be filled within a four-month period from the date of this advertisement.
First Communion 2008
Two pupils made their First Communion in Crosspatrick this May. They are pictured here under the cherry tree in the grounds of the church. Congratulations to them both, and best thanks to Caitríona Fogarty for her great work.
Open Day
Our annual Open Day and Coffee Morning took place on Friday, 30 May. The weather obliged, the bouncing castle was installed, and all the children had a great time.
This annual event is an opportunity for parents and neighbours to visit the school, and it is also an oppportunity for parents thinking of sending their children to our school to meet the teachers and to get a guided tour of the school and its facilities.
This year we were able to entertain all the parents and neighbours al fresco.
